Transfers and taxis are priced per vehicle. Hosted tours are priced per person. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Airport journeys
Fixed fares between Hawke's Bay Airport and Napier, Hastings or Havelock North, in a fully electric BYD Atto 3 or Tesla Model Y.
By the hour
Your own chauffeur and vehicle for dinners, wineries, weddings, golf and long-distance travel. Two hour minimum.
Fixed fare
Arrival with a personal greeting at the gate, $520. Departure from Rosewood Cape Kidnappers to the airport, $480.
Napier Port
Private port days planned around your ship's all-aboard time, stated in New Zealand time. You set the itinerary.

Why Electric Executive
The BYD Atto 3, Tesla Model Y and Mercedes-Benz eVito are fully electric. The Mercedes-Benz V-Class and Sprinter are diesel, and we use them for larger groups and longer distances.
We are based in Havelock North. Your chauffeur knows the winemakers by name, the road out to Cape Kidnappers, and the story of Te Mata Peak.
We are the preferred provider to Rosewood Cape Kidnappers, Craggy Range, Porters Boutique Hotel, Mangapapa Hotel, Black Barn Retreats and Hawthorne House.

Every vehicle carries Wi-Fi, device charging and chilled glass-bottled water. Covered luggage trailers are available for golf groups.

No. Transfers and hourly hire are priced per vehicle. Hosted tours are the exception and are priced per person.
An executive taxi is a fixed-fare airport journey for up to 3 guests and 2 cases, from $90 NZD. A private transfer holds a named vehicle class exclusively for your party, meets you at the arrival gate with a hot towel and refreshments, and costs from $240 NZD per hour with a two hour minimum, or a fixed fare by route. A private transfer also includes a fully hosted arrival experience: a Napier city Art Deco tour, sightseeing on the way, and additional stops to suit your party.
Our hosted tours are priced per person in New Zealand dollars, GST included, and the rate falls as the group grows. The four hour Great Wine Capital Discovery runs from $225 per person for a party of seven to $540 per person for two. The five hour Signature runs from $445 to $795. The Reserve, 10:00 to 16:30 New Zealand time, runs from $730 to $1,210. The eight hour Artisan Producers Full Day runs from $720 to $1,200.
We monitor your flight. Private transfer arrivals carry a grace period of 30 minutes for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights from touchdown, after which we bill waiting in 15 minute increments at the hourly rate. On executive taxis, we never charge waiting time for a delayed flight.
